Laboratory - Application
Our Head Office has a comprehensive applications laboratory which includes: mixing area, screen preparation and stretching, stencil preparation and reclamation, various graphic and textile printing equipment as well as curing and ageing equipment. Competitive products are constantly tested to compare variations.

Due to our association with BAYER, we have access to their extensive laboratories both locally and internationally.

Laboratory - R&D
We have a fully equipped chemical laboratory at our Cape Town Head Office and satellite laboratories at both the Gauteng and Durban branches. In these laboratories products are adjusted to meet specific print environment criteria. Many products now considered as 'benchmarks' in South Africa have been developed here.
Laboratory - QC
Production batches, age analysis and product stability are constantly monitored. All incoming raw materials are sampled and tested before being approved for production. All production batches undergo quality control tests in this laboratory prior to being dispatched. Extensive tests on the print quality of the inks are carried out, with regards to durability, light fastness, wash fastness and print handle.
In an ever increasing market-orientated industry we have invested in state-of-the-art promotional equipment. With which we are able to market our product ranges through: E-mail, World Wide Web, video and computer presentations including CD-ROM, brochures and charts.
This facility is offered to all our principals who are interested in 'down packing' to the smaller users, whilst still maintaining brand identity. This is of particular importance in the domestic and hobbyist sectors.
